Making AI agents reliable and trustworthy in production
Rached is a technology professional with a background in enterprise software, networking, and AI. He has worked closely with customers and engineering teams to turn complex technologies into practical solutions. His recent work focuses on agentic AI, particularly on architecting robust harnesses that help make AI agents reliable and trustworthy in production, at scale.
His background spans service provider network architecture, network modelling and simulation, and automation. He has led global teams of high-performing engineers and rolled up his sleeves as an individual contributor—always working cross-functionally as an agent of change.
Outside of his professional life, Rached is a proud father of four who is passionate about philosophy and regularly participates in discussion groups. He enjoys walking, hiking, and science fiction and fantasy, with a particular fondness for Star Trek. He loves to travel, seek out cultural experiences, and build lasting connections with people.
On the FLOCK ’26 stage: a panel on agents
Rached joins Camden Swita of New Relic on a panel about platformization, security, and governance for agents. Drawing on years of building AI agents for infrastructure operations, he’ll talk about the harnesses, guardrails, and feedback loops that make agents dependable in production.
