His team has directly engaged with hundreds of enterprise customers on initiatives ranging from legacy monitoring consolidation to next-generation, AI-driven observability—including the application of Agentic AI for automated anomaly detection, intelligent alerting, and natural language-driven operational insights.

With over 10 years at Amazon, Pratul combines deep technical fluency in distributed systems, observability, and infrastructure management with a strategic focus on customer value realization. He is a regular contributor to customer advisory sessions, helping C-suite leaders connect operational investment to measurable business outcomes—faster incident resolution, reduced tool sprawl, and lower total cost of ownership.
