Prabhath Karanth is Chief Information Officer and Chief Security Officer at Greenlight, where he leads the teams that power the company’s technology backbone—including production engineering, global infrastructure and SRE, security, compliance and trust, IT operations and business systems, and data platform and engineering.
In addition to his technology leadership responsibilities, he has full P&L ownership for one of Greenlight’s lines of business, with end-to-end accountability for its strategy, growth, and financial performance—a scope that spans both the engineering and the business sides of the house.
With more than 20 years of experience leading global technology and security organizations, Prabhath has held leadership roles at Navan and Adobe, bringing experience spanning high-growth companies, Fortune 100 enterprises, and consulting.
