Naveen Ede

Driven by a passion to learn, Naveen Ede chose career moves that built deep expertise in software development, DevOps, and management. Whether in small startup teams or large corporations, his work has consistently had a real impact on the teams and organizations he’s been part of, and his roles have grown with it. Today he is a Principal Engineer at Greenlight.

As Head of Platform Engineering at People.ai, Naveen led cross-functional work to build a streamlined vulnerability management process, made Azure OpenAI more reliable with automated failover and client token quotas, built Kubernetes controllers that automated application scaling, and matured the incident management process. He also grew the product’s addressable market by leading SOC 2, ISO, FedRAMP, Microsoft, and CMMC compliance, while hiring and mentoring a high-performing global team.

Before that, he ran multi-cloud Kubernetes fleets across AWS, Azure, GCP, and IBM Cloud at Seismic and defined its secrets-management architecture. At GoFundMe, he built search infrastructure on Kafka and Elasticsearch, designed a blue/green delivery pipeline with traffic-based autoscaling, and served on the company’s Architecture Council. Naveen holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Northeastern University and is a Certified Kubernetes Administrator.
