Full biography
From cloud-native storage to AI agents in production
Grant Griffiths is a Founding Engineer at NeuBird AI, where he has worked since January 2024—first on AI and infrastructure, and now across solutions, GTM, and engineering. His interests center on AI agents, Kubernetes, and platform engineering.
Before NeuBird, Grant spent more than five years as a Principal Software Engineer at Portworx by Pure Storage, building persistent container storage for Kubernetes and Nomad. Over four years he contributed to Kubernetes, Kubernetes-CSI, and Nomad CSI, including work on CSI volume snapshots for protecting data on Kubernetes.
Earlier, he was a Senior Software Engineer at GE Digital, building resilient data pipelines and monitoring systems in Go. A Gopher of 11 years, Grant has spoken at GopherCon UK 2018, KubeCon EU 2020, KubeCon US 2022, Data on Kubernetes Day EU 2022, and more.
