Full biography
Resilient, secure platforms for the enterprise data cloud
Dheeraj Khanna is Vice President of Platform Engineering, SRE, and Product Security at Everpure. In early 2026, Pure Storage completed a major rebrand to become Everpure, Inc., shifting its focus from all-flash hardware toward enterprise data cloud architecture, AI-ready storage, and unified data management.
In that shift, Dheeraj’s organization is responsible for making the platform dependable at scale: global resiliency, site reliability engineering, and the security layers that protect customer data wherever it runs.
Key projects
- Broadcom/VMware migration strategyAfter Broadcom’s VMware licensing increases, Dheeraj has championed alternative infrastructure strategies, presenting Everpure’s production blueprint for moving enterprise workloads to open-source KubeVirt and Portworx by Everpure.
- Platform & securityFrom Everpure’s Santa Clara headquarters, he oversees global platform resiliency, site reliability engineering, and the product security layers that safeguard the unified data platform across hybrid cloud topologies.
- AI & modern data governanceHis organization balances high-performance throughput with built-in data compliance, critical as data centers shift toward optimizing data for AI workflows and large-scale token processing.
What he’ll bring to the FLOCK ’26 stage
Dheeraj joins the 1:30 customer panel, “Reliability Where Data Meets Money,” alongside practitioners from Reltio and Greenlight. Drawing on Everpure’s SRE practice and its move off VMware to KubeVirt and Portworx, he shares how to re-platform critical workloads without giving up reliability or security.
